There are a lot of factors that go into pricing a set of trusses. Snow loads, truss pitch, required girders, fluctuation in lumber and steel prices, vaults and trays, building code changes, and delivery location all affect the outcome of the price of trusses. For this reason we can’t give prices based on square footage or off the top of our heads. Each job must be designed in the computer before we can get an accurate and competitive price determined. We strive to return bids withing a few weeks of receiving plans, and often times it is sooner. Time for returning is usually based on the time of year.
